It is very essential that young people today start to understand the importance of handling financial debt at an early age.  Especially between the ages of 25 and 35 years old, when graduation from undergraduate, graduate or professional colleges has been accomplished and where these recent graduates have more control over their careers, personal lives and finances.  Reality begins to set in when job offers become more available in which promising salaries are the ultimate reward.  The temptation for the recent graduates to purchase material items that they want and do not need will always be a challenge to hurdle over.  The best thing for recent college graduates is to understand what kind of debt they have accumulated in college, be it school loans, credit-card debt or tuition and college fees.  Basically all this debt can add up to a costly amount and can be very overwhelming for some individuals.  It’s best for recent graduates to come up with a plan on how to pay off all their financial debt and most importantly be consistent or committed while accomplishing this goal.  Another helpful idea would be for these graduates to consult with financial planning professionals for advice in order to come up with various strategies to eliminate debt and create financial spending budgets.  Another idea would be for recent graduates to do some extensive research on financial debt by reading articles in business/financial magazines, on the internet or personally talk with other people who encountered a financial debt crisis, but eventually found a way out.  Well I hope this helps!

The improvement of land, labor and capital are three key components that are needed in order for Haiti to regain wealth.  These components go back further than 1776 and are prevalent in all wealthy nations according to history.  Prime example, America is a wealthy nation.  What determines a wealthy nation?  First you need a geographic boundary of land to attain or conquer, then you need available people to help build and maintain a nation and capital to be a universal language for the purchase of goods and services  in which free markets or enterprises are better for society.

Golden Southern Cuisine is a brand new catering company located in Raleigh, NC.  I had the honor of enjoying a wonderfully prepared hot lunch, that included jerk wings, ribs, greens, mac & cheese and an ice-cold glass of water.  The food was very delicious and I will be coming back for more!

At www.Gazelle.com people can turn in old and unwanted electronics from iPods, Blackberrys, other cell phones, laptops, LCD monitors and digital cameras.  Gazelle began refurbishing electronics back in 2006 where they paid consumers cold hard cash for used electronics, then would either resell or recycle the items.  Gazelle does not accept printers due to expensive shipping costs.  Gazelle is not yet a profitable company, but hopefully will see a return by reselling various electronic devices for more than what it pays consumers for them.

After the devastating earthquake that hit Haiti, I’m confident that education resources are very scarce.  Haiti is a heavily populated region that is stricken with poverty.  Education is a key resource or outlet for Haitian earthquake survivors to depend on in order to move forward in the redevelopment of it’s country and citizens.  MIT OpenCourseWare offers great education materials on-line for free.  Once Haiti has efficient food, water, shelter, energy, computers and internet access,  MIT OpenCourseWare will be very beneficial.
